How do I rent an item?

Browse our marketplace, find an item you want to rent, and click "Rent Now". You'll need to create an account, provide payment information, and select your rental dates. Once approved by the owner, you can arrange pickup or delivery.

What happens if I damage an item?

All rentals include basic protection. If an item is damaged during your rental period, you'll be responsible for the repair costs up to the item's value. We recommend taking photos of the item before and after use.

How do I return an item?

Return the item in the same condition you received it. Coordinate with the owner for the return time and location. Make sure to get a confirmation of return from the owner.

For Owners

How do I list an item?

Create an account, go to your dashboard, and click "List an Item". Add photos, description, pricing, and availability. Once approved, your item will be visible to potential renters.

How much can I earn?

You set your own rental price. VibeDrift takes a 15% commission on each rental. You can adjust your prices based on demand, season, or special occasions.

What if my item gets damaged?

All rentals include basic protection. If your item is damaged, you can file a claim through our platform. We'll help you assess the damage and process any necessary repairs or replacements.

How do payments work?

Renters pay through our secure platform. Owners receive payment after the rental period ends, minus our commission. We use Stripe for secure payment processing.

What are the fees?

VibeDrift charges a 15% commission on each rental. This covers platform maintenance, customer support, and basic protection. There are no additional fees for listing items.
